Good for you! It used to when I first started. Women’s forearms tend to be a lot weaker so they fatigue really easy. For now just take some ibprofen to help ease the pain and rest till they feel better. The only thing to do really is strengthen them which can be done with numerous strength training exercises. Just google forearm exercise and pick a few out. Continuing to box will also help but just be sure to take it easy for a bit until you build up strength.
